The experts believe that now the people who use the search engines are becoming quality conscious and not quantity. Maintaining quality and giving the best customized results as per the user is a big challenge for the search engines now. It is expected that search engines within a period of 10 years will start reading your mind to deliver what you are want.

Search engines are now focusing on simplicity and front end to improve results. Users want the most relevant and latest results. Users want search engine to understand what they are looking for Apple fruit or Apple Company and the users want their result to be displayed upfront. It is also observed that 95% of users don’t go beyond the first 10 links. Context has improved with search engine able to track the history to improve search results. This is done within a browser session or you give permission to search site to save your history online.
As the information increases on websites like Facebook, Linkedin and other social networking sites they have their own search engines say for example If you want to search Vishal thakker then you will get all vishal Thakker who is in your friend list followed by Vishal Thakker in your friend’s friend list cloud.
Search engines today are trying to increase relevance by increasing understanding of natural languages, tracking your web history personalizing search and improving translation techniques.

Other recent technologies that rely on the Internet to satisfy the computing needs of users. Cloud computing services often provide common business applications online that are accessed from a web browser, while the software and data are stored on the servers.

The term cloud is used as a metaphor for the Internet, based on how the Internet is depicted in computer network diagrams and is an abstraction for the complex infrastructure it conceals

Now no need to install SOFTWARE or any need of HARDWARE.

A mobile phone can link to a kiosk at which you can buy a multiplex ticket. Through the use of Bluetooth access points, entire shopping malls, arenas, grocery stores, restaurants, and other retail areas could allow customers to perform financial transactions throughout the building.

With a personal device which uses Bluetooth , a traveler might check in using this device, which could include personal identity , thus eliminating the need to insert a card into a terminal. Moreover, an electronic boarding pass could be issued and stored in the Bluetooth device; that same device could then be used to wirelessly present the boarding pass when boarding the aircraft, eliminating the need for a paper boarding pass.

Possible applications of Bluetooth wireless communication include the ability to check in to the hotel automatically using a Bluetooth device , retrieving guest messages using Bluetooth links and enabling in-room information services such as telephones, Internet access devices, printers, fax machines and so on with Bluetooth wireless communication, allowing them to be used with personal portable devices that the hotel guest brings along. Even the use of Bluetooth wireless communications to open special Bluetooth door locks on hotel room doors is a way ahead
